The Test Center Administrator in Prometric centers leads and control the computer-based test center environment. They play a critical role in the protection of our clients’ intellectual property and ensuring the integrity of tests delivered in Prometric centers. S/he must be vigilant, disciplined, and diligent in their test delivery duties.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and subject matter experts to ensure each proposal is customized, accurate, and delivered on time.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the direct administrative planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on assigned program activities and tasks in support of the program’s portfolio of Exchange, English Language, Training, and Testing programs implemented by Amideast/UAE. The Program Coordinator is also responsible for contributing to proposal writing and to innovative creation of new programs.

The Program Assistant will interface with the students in public and sponsored programs by conducting placement tests, processing students’ database, and handle students’ inquiries.

Amideast is searching for certified experienced EFL teachers for our English language programs in Al-Bireh/Ramallah, Jerusalem, Nablus, and Hebron offices in the Palestine. Our EFL trainers are responsible for teaching adults and students English language courses.

Amideast/Jordan is seeking to procure the services of 8 native-English speaking instructors to conduct English Language training courses for the duration of 24-months. The Customer Service Specialist is the focal point of Amideast, serving customers’ needs and selling Amideast services. The Customer Service Specialist handles walk-ins applying Amideast policy and regulations and offers a professional service to elevate customer experience at Amideast and sell Amideast Services. S/he provides customers’ assistance, receive their requests and carries the necessary steps to fulfil those requirements. The Customer Service Specialist is accountable for courses/tests preparation registrations, books inventory and sales, and inform customers of all Amideast offerings where appropriate. The incumbent of the position will be responsible for achieving the department monthly sales targets as assigned by the direct supervisor.

The Business Partnerships Specialist/Account Manager is responsible for driving sales activities and closing deals with corporate B2B clients across assigned projects and regions. This role emphasizes proactive engagement with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and effectively managing the sales pipeline.
