PROJECT OVERVIEW
American Corner Alexandria seeks to engage a qualified trainer/facilitator to design and deliver two highly interactive workshops that utilize experiential learning, gamification, and reflective facilitation techniques. The workshops should foster participant engagement while developing key personal, interpersonal, and leadership competencies in alignment with the objectives of each event.
The trainer will be responsible for designing immersive learning experiences where participants actively learn through structured activities, games, reflection, and collaborative challenges rather than traditional lectures.
The trainer will design and facilitate the following workshops: (dates of the workshops will be later determined, with one being held in July and the other in August).
Workshop 1: 4th of July Celebration
Workshop 2: International Youth Day
