The Testing Proctor is responsible for administering exams in a secure, fair, and professional testing environment. This role ensures all testing procedures are followed, maintains academic integrity, and provides support to test-takers before, during, and after examinations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure secure and compliant test delivery
Welcome and guide candidates through their exam experience
Proctor exams with professionalism and precision
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
Support administrative and technical processes
Keep the testing area clean, organized, and ready for success

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

High school graduate (or equivalent)
Strong communicator with great people skills
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn
Professional, dependable, and detail-driven
Available for daytime and/or evening shifts
Previous experience in customer service or proctoring preferred
