POSITION DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a high-performing Business Partnerships (Sales) Lead to drive revenue growth through strategic alliances and partnerships. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, closing, and scaling revenue-generating partnerships that directly contribute to our sales pipeline and customer acquisition goals. You’ll act as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on closer—building strong external relationships and driving deals that move the needle.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new strategic partners that can drive qualified leads, sales opportunities, or direct revenue.
• Identify and grow opportunities within the Amideast, collaborating with the sales team to ensure growth attainment.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements with all clients to maximize profits.
• Handle complaints and solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Forecast and track the client’s metrics, preparing reports on clients’ accounts status.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
• Own the full sales cycle for partnership deals—from initial outreach and pitch to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and other teams to develop co-selling or co-marketing initiatives with partners.
• Track, report, and optimize partnership performance based on key revenue and engagement metrics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring successful activation, enablement, and ongoing relationship growth.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to identify new partnership opportunities and expand the brand's presence.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field
• 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally in a high-growth or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of closing partnership / commercial deals that led to a measurable sales impact.
• Strong negotiation communication and deal-structuring skills.
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and tracking KPIs.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the education sector.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current market conditions and trends in education.
• Experience in managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
Preferred:
• Graduate degree
• Significant prior sales experience
• Marketing experience/degree
• TOEIC score of 850 or equivalent
Up to 5% business travel may be needed to support as needed.
