POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Business Partnerships Specialist/Account Manager is responsible for driving sales activities and closing deals with corporate B2B clients across assigned projects and regions. This role emphasizes proactive engagement with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and effectively managing the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key corporate clients to understand their business objectives and align Amideast’s offerings to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities to fully exceed designated sales targets, focusing on closing sales deals and achieving significant revenue growth per client each year.
• Engage in proactive outreach through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events, setting a target of at least five new client meetings per month to expand the client base and enhance market presence.
• Effectively manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates on deal status to facilitate successful closures.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales/Business Partnerships Manager and internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare monthly reports detailing closed deals, pipeline status, and market trends to provide management with insights on performance against targets.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and address objections, demonstrating a commitment to understanding client needs and facilitating sales closure to ensure clients are pleased with their engagement.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on Amideast’s products and services to potential clients, targeting at least one major presentation per month to key prospects to drive interest and conversion.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field
• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on closing deals
• Proven experience in developing networks, identifying sales needs, and successfully closing sales with corporate clients
• Strong knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and effective sales reporting using MS Excel
• Ability to organize and maintain detailed information within the sales pipeline
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for achieving sales goals
• Excellent negotiation and account management skills
• Willingness to travel locally to current and potential clients
• Possession of a valid driver’s license within 30 days of employment
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including external corporate sales visits and occasional overnight travel
Preferred:
• Graduate degree
• Significant prior sales experience
• Marketing experience/degree
• TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The incumbent in this position will work in a professional office environment and will utilize the following equipment when working from the corporate office or remote home office (either on a full time, temporary, or hybrid basis).
