CONSULTANCY DESCRIPTION

The Content Creator is responsible for developing, creating, and publishing engaging digital content across various platforms to support the organization’s marketing and communication objectives. This role involves producing high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines, enhances audience engagement, and drives awareness. The Content Creator collaborates closely with marketing, design, and business teams to ensure content consistency, relevance, and effectiveness across all channels.

TASKS

Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
  

  • Create engaging and high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms, with a strong focus on audience interaction and growth
  • Capture and produce class recaps, student moments, and in-class experiences that highlight the learning environment and community
  • Plan, shoot, and edit student testimonials that showcase real experiences, success stories, and program impact
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to plan and shoot authentic, educational, and promotional content
  • Work alongside the graphic designer to develop content carousels, visual posts, and video assets that align with brand guidelines
  • Contribute to both written and visual storytelling, including captions, scripts, and short-form video concepts
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, formats, and platform updates, and proactively suggest content ideas based on trends
  • Assist in planning and executing a content calendar that supports marketing and engagement goals
  • Ensure all content is optimized for different platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Be available to shoot content during PM hours, aligning with class schedules and peak activity times
